Career planning is the analysis and determination of subjective and objective factors of personal career choice. It needs to be combined with personal interests, personality characteristics, abilities, professional knowledge, skills and technologies and other factors, and combined with external factors for comprehensive evaluation and balance, to determine one's personal positioning and maximize One's own ability and value. Comprehensive self-assessment can make objective conclusions through the evaluation of oneself and relatives and friends, combined with personality test tools, etc., to draw realistic goals, and then cut long-term goals into medium and short-term goals.

The 35th Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair (referred to as the "Harbin Fair") was grandly held and successfully concluded from May 17 to 21. Malaysia was invited to serve as the Country of Honor for the first time. Led by Loh Sze Yee, the Perak State Executive Councillor for Tourism, Industry, Investment, and Corridor Development, the Malaysian delegation featured 54 enterprises and brands at the Malaysia National Pavilion.
